St. Cloud smoke shop. Age gate, tap-to-call, Google reviews, hours, map, and a photo walkthrough so people know what they will find before they drive over.
Websites that get customers to call, visit, and book.
Sites for local shops, salons, restaurants, lawn care, and service businesses — hours, tap-to-call, maps, and photos that look right on a phone. I work St. Cloud, Waite Park, Sauk Rapids, Norwood Young America, Waconia, and nearby towns. Need a quote calculator or invoice tool? I build those too.
Neighborhood site from $1,200 for the next 3 clients · about 2 weeks after photos & copy
These are on the internet today — not mockups. Click through the way a customer would.
St. Cloud smoke shop. Age gate, tap-to-call, Google reviews, hours, map, and a photo walkthrough so people know what they will find before they drive over.
Norwood Young America shop. Same job as Morty, tailored to that location: brands they carry, walk-in humidor, daily hours, and a clear “call to check stock” path.
Made-up businesses, clearly labeled as demos, so you can see what your site could look like before we talk.
A made-up St. Cloud salon: book button, starting prices, nails & spa, and reviews. Click through it the way a customer would, then we can talk about yours.
A made-up St. Cloud lawn company: prices up front, before & after, neighbor reviews, and a three-box quote form with a sticky call button on phones.
Estimators, invoices, and calculators that match how you already price work.
Field-ready estimates from roof squares and material type, with tax, disposal, and a print layout for handing a proposal to a homeowner.
Add line items, tax, and totals on the fly, then print or save a clean PDF — without a monthly invoicing subscription.
Turn a take-home goal, billable hours, and savings into an hourly rate and a months-of-runway number.
A sample of a tool I build for businesses: search a city, find shops with a missing or broken website, and export a list. This page uses sample data so visitors can click through it.
Most local businesses need the neighborhood site. Tools, online selling, and logins are quoted after a short call.

“Customers should find you, see that you’re open, and know how to reach you — in under ten seconds.”
Hey, I’m Imran. I build websites for local Minnesota businesses — shops, salons, restaurants, lawn care, trades — and the small tools that sit next to them. Most of my work is in St. Cloud and the towns around it. You don’t need to know HTML. You need a page that works on a phone, and loads fast on one: my sites score 90+ on Google’s PageSpeed test.
I also post short videos on YouTube @getimranweb — Google listings, broken website links, and the small problems that keep customers from finding a shop.
If the job needs a database, staff logins, or selling products online, I still take it. Those pieces use a store platform or a proper backend, and I build them with specialist engineering help so you have one conversation, not a stack of vendors.
Fixed scope. Written quote. Deposit before build.
We look at your shop, photos, hours, and what you want people to do (call, visit, book). 20 minutes. No charge.
You get a live preview link. Two rounds of tweaks. If you want extra pages or a store, that’s a written add-on — not a surprise.
Your domain, Google listing, and a simple handoff. Optional $99/month care if you don’t want to touch anything after that.
A mobile-friendly site with your story, services or products, hours, photos, map, tap-to-call, and a custom domain. Two revision rounds. Extra pages, extra languages, and online stores are quoted separately.
Yes. For most shops, the reliable way is a store platform (Shopify, Square Online, or similar) connected to your site — products, cart, cards, tax, and shipping without building a store from zero. I set that up with you and handle the design. Fully custom checkout is a bigger project and gets its own quote.
Yes — that is a different kind of site than a brochure page, and I still take the job. We scope what people log in to do, pick a backend that fits, and I build it with engineering support so it stays maintainable. Expect a longer timeline and a separate quote, not the $1,200 neighborhood package.
A neighborhood site is usually about two weeks after I have photos, hours, and the words you want. Tools are one to two weeks. Stores and login systems depend on catalog size and features — we’ll put that on paper before work starts.
No. Tell me what customers should do on the site. I’ll handle hosting, the domain, and the details. You’ll see a preview before anything goes live.
50% to start, 50% when the site is ready to go live. I’ll send a simple invoice. Card or bank transfer both work. The domain is in your name; hosting stays on my account unless you prefer otherwise.
With the Never miss a call add-on, anyone you can't answer gets a short text from your business within a minute, something like “Sorry we missed you, this is Mike's Roofing. What can we help with? Or ask for a quote here.” You reply when you're free. It only texts people who just called you, never marketing blasts. Setup includes the carrier registration US texting needs, which can take a few days to a couple of weeks.
Yes. $99/month covers hours, phone, and small copy changes. Bigger additions are a small project, quoted first.
Salons, shops, restaurants, lawn care, trades — if customers need to find you, this is the form. I’ll reply myself.
